Linda's Gardener's Soap. This special soap was formulated especially for my mom who absolutely loves gardening! (Be sure to check out the link to her daylily site!) Good for gardeners or anyone who gets their hands really dirty. This has wonderful lather and contains finely ground walnut shells for scrubbing off all the grime. Made with lemon essential oil for added cleaning and fresh clean scent. Each bar weighs approximately 5 ounces. $4.50 per bar. Ingredients: Saponified Oils of: Soybean, Coconut, Olive, Palm, Canola, Cocoa Butter and Sweet Almond with Ground Walnut Shells, Castor Oil, Pure Lemon Essential Oil and GSE. |
Below is a series of pictures of my dad's hands. He is actually using my Gardener's soap after getting greasy from working on his tractor. This is what my mom said about the soap. "I am very excited about your soap. We did an experiment. Your dad was working on his tractor and had very greasy dirty hands. I took 12 pictures as he scrubbed. WONDERFUL RESULTS. I am very excited about that soap. Don't change the formula. It works. Love, Mom" One needs to understand that my dad always used Comet cleanser to clean his hands after getting them really greasy and dirty. I remember him coming in from a dirty job and asking one of us to get the Comet for him because he did not want to touch anything with his grimy hands. I would help him by sprinkling the powdered detergent into his hands as he washed them. Nothing else pleased him in getting his hands really clean. He now uses my Gardener's Soap instead! His hands are not only getting really clean, but are also getting nourished and moisturized as he cleans! You can feel the difference! |

Welcome to my unique homemade soap website! With all of the thousands of homemade soap websites, I am honored that you are viewing my site! My soaps are unique because they are formulated by me and therefore cannot be found anywhere else. I use nothing artificial in my soaps. No perfumes, no dyes, nothing but all natural ingredients. Any colors that occur in my soaps occur naturally as a part of the natural soap making process. I use pure essential oils in my soaps to add beautiful aromatherapy and therapeutic qualities to enhance the soaps. There are many websites and books available that explain all about homemade soap and the benefits of using them as opposed to the detergents we call "soap" found in our grocery and department stores. I encourage you to do research on the benefits of using homemade soap. There are some fantastic and informative sites already available for you. I will keep my site simple and offer my wholesome, all-natural products for you too enjoy. |
Linda's Peppermint Passion Soap. This soap has loads of wonderful lather and is extremely fragrant and exhilarating! If you like to feel tingly clean, cool and fresh all over, this Peppermint Soap is for you! Use it to cool off on a hot summer day, or anytime when you want to wake up and be energized. Linda's Oatmeal & Honey Soap. This soap is warm and inviting with a smell that makes you want to take a bite. I do not recommend doing that because even though it smells edible, soap tastes yucky! This soap recipe is also used to make my Clove, Oatmeal & Honey exfoliating soap. If you like the warm scent of clove, you need to try this soap. Clove has many wonderful properties. By adding clove essential oil to my soap I am giving all of those wonderful benefits to each bar. Each bar weighs approximately 5 ounces. $4.50 per bar. Linda's Eucalyptus & Tea Tree Oil Soap. This soap was a hit from the very first bar. When I began making soap several years ago, the only essential oils that I had on hand were Eucalyptus and Tea Tree Oil. That is what I put in the first batch of soap that I made. WAH LAH! A masterpiece was created. Both Eucalyptus and Tea Tree Oils have numerous healing and disinfecting properties. Adding those precious essential oils to my soap imparts their therapeutic qualities to each bar. Each bar weighs approximately 5 ounces. $4.50 per bar.
